Thursday update

Blood work yesterday showed that my hemoglobin (red blood cells) was too low for chemo. Doctor ordered another blood transfusion of two pints of blood. Thankfully, I was able to get in for my blood typing yesterday and I am at the transfusion center today from 9am-3pm receiving blood. Hoping this will bring up my numbers in time to receive chemo tomorrow. Will keep you posted!
